CYP is an alternative middle and senior high school academic program and social agency developed to meet the educational, health, psychosocial, childcare and parenting skills needs of pregnant  teenagers and adolescent fathers and mothers. Group counseling, individual and family counseling services are provided for these teenagers and their families residing in urban and rural Niagara County.

The Niagara Community Center provides an intensive Summer Camp Program, which includes children K-6 grades from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. weekly.
